“With the financial support from Agricultural Bank, all my worries have been washed away!” On February 10th, as he watched the busy construction site of the rice drying center project that same day, Zhang Shuguang, a large-scale grain grower from Wanzi Tou Village, Shui Miao Town, Xin Ning County, was full of excitement.

Zhang Shuguang is the head of Yishu Family Farm in Xin Ning County. By 2025, his rice planting area will reach 110 hectares, and his farm has been awarded the title of “Advanced Grain-Producing Family Farm in Hunan Province.” However, despite his reputation, Zhang Shuguang has faced a recurring problem in recent years: after a good harvest, due to the lack of modern, efficient drying equipment, some grains sprout or mold because they cannot be dried in time, leading to significant waste and losses.

In fact, Zhang Shuguang has already made extensive preparations to truly achieve “grain into the warehouse.” With support from local government departments, he plans to build a modern, high-efficiency drying center with a daily drying capacity of 180 tons, and he is preparing to order nine sets of drying equipment from Xin Ning County Agricultural Science and Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd.

“Over the years, I have invested a lot of money in purchasing agricultural machinery and building seedling greenhouses. How can I still afford to build a drying center?” Zhang Shuguang said anxiously.

A turning point came during a bank-enterprise collaboration. After learning about Zhang Shuguang’s difficulties, Xin Ning County Agricultural Science and Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd. immediately recommended him to the Xin Ning County Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China. The bank attached great importance to Zhang Shuguang’s needs and quickly assigned a customer manager to visit him, thoroughly understanding his family farm’s operations, creditworthiness, and project feasibility.

After a comprehensive assessment of Yishu Family Farm’s stable management model, good credit record, and broad development prospects, the bank tailored a staged loan plan for agricultural machinery. From document preparation to face-to-face approval, they provided “one-on-one” guidance and services, simplifying the process and improving efficiency to the maximum extent. Within just a few days, the entire process from needs matching to loan approval was smoothly completed.

On February 2nd this year, a staged agricultural machinery loan of 800,000 yuan was successfully disbursed to Zhang Shuguang. “I was already confident in modern facility agriculture, but with this targeted financial support, I am even more confident now!” Zhang Shuguang said.

It is reported that since 2026, as of February 10th, the Xin Ning County Branch of the Agricultural Bank of China has issued 25.62 million yuan in agricultural-related loans, injecting continuous financial momentum into local grain growers, family farms, and agricultural cooperatives.
