Gelonghui February 24 | American Tower Corporation announced that in Q4 2025, revenue increased by 7.5% year-over-year to $2.74 billion, surpassing analysts’ expectations of $2.68 billion, mainly due to strong leasing activity from telecom operators and sustained growth in data center demand; total property revenue grew 7.6% year-over-year to $2.67 billion. Looking ahead to 2026, the company expects full-year property revenue to be between $10.44 billion and $10.59 billion, below analysts’ forecast of $10.959 billion.
