BlackRock increases stake in GIC Data Center Real Estate Trust to 5%

Rui Si Network News: On February 25, Keppel Data Centre REIT Management Pte. Ltd., the manager of Keppel Data Centre REIT, received a notification that on February 19, BlackRock, Inc. and its subsidiaries increased their holdings of Keppel Data Centre REIT shares through market transactions, raising their stake from 4.99% to 5% on February 19.

This increase was completed through market transactions, with BlackRock, Inc. and its subsidiaries acquiring an additional 100,800 units, bringing their total holdings to 122,272,848 units, representing 5% of the total issued units of Keppel Data Centre REIT.

According to the Securities and Futures Act, BlackRock, Inc., as a substantial shareholder, is required to disclose any changes in its shareholding. This increase demonstrates BlackRock’s confidence in the long-term value of Keppel Data Centre REIT.

Keppel Data Centre REIT is a Singapore-registered real estate investment trust focused on investing in data centers and related real estate assets. This share increase will not have a direct impact on the trust’s daily operations and management.
