The announcement for the official listing and transfer of the DX11-0107-0108 land plot has been released. The land is located in Anding Town, Daxing District, with a land use type of M1 industrial land. The area is approximately 1.34 hectares, with a building control scale of about 13,400 square meters. This is the second industrial land offered for sale in the base, adding high-quality industrial space for the regional commercial aerospace industry development.

According to the transfer announcement, the specific boundaries of this land parcel are: east to the red line of Pangqing Road, south to the northern boundary of Xiangyu South Street green space, west to the east red line of Feiyang Road, and north to the south red line of Aerospace Avenue. The starting price for the listing is 22.23 million RMB, with bidding increments of 150,000 RMB, and a bid deposit of 4.5 million RMB. The bidding participants are broadly eligible, including enterprises, organizations, and individuals both inside and outside the People’s Republic of China (excluding those regulated by laws and regulations), who can participate independently or jointly.
