The Sichuan Branch of Agricultural Bank of China plans to reduce no more than 62.5628 million shares, or 0.87%, through centralized bidding within three months after the disclosure date, and no more than 144 million shares, or 2%, through block trades within the same period. The Jiangsu Branch of Agricultural Bank of China plans to reduce no more than 9.571 million shares, or 0.13%, through centralized bidding within the same period.
