According to a recent announcement, on February 25, Kaiyuan Environmental Protection announced that, in accordance with the company’s strategic development plan and business needs, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd., and Bazhou Ruichen Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd., jointly invested to establish a new joint venture, Gongda Kaiyuan Energy Technology (Xinjiang) Co., Ltd. The new company has a registered capital of 20 million RMB, with Gongda Kaiyuan Environmental Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. contributing 11 million RMB in cash for a 55% stake; Bazhou Ruichen Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. contributing 9 million RMB in cash for a 45% stake.
