Gao Le Co., Ltd. announced that on February 11, 2026, its shareholder Huatong Group transferred 94.72 million shares (accounting for 10% of the company’s total share capital) to Beijing Riemann Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., and entrusted the voting rights corresponding to 4% of the shares to Riemann Cloud. Yang Guangcheng and Xingchang Plastic Hardware Factory Co., Ltd. entrusted the voting rights for 58.22 million shares (6.15% of the company’s total share capital) and 15.08 million shares (1.59% of the company’s total share capital) to Riemann Cloud. After the completion of this agreement transfer, the company’s controlling shareholder will change to Beijing Riemann Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., and the actual controller will change to Wang Fan.
