Abstract generation in progress

On February 6th, the spot prices for imported Russian thermal coal remained relatively stable. Some traders sold off inventory before the New Year, resulting in a small amount of Russian coal spot transactions, but overall, the weak demand situation in the market has not improved. End-users continue to press for lower prices, and coal prices currently lack support. Currently, the cargo hold price for Russian Q5500 coal in Jiangsu is 720 yuan/ton. The long-term spot prices for Russian thermal coal remain weak and stable. Market trading remains quiet, with end-users purchasing high-calorie coal at a slow pace, and demand continues to be weak. Market sentiment is cautious. The CFR price for Q5500 Panama-flag ships is $79/ton, and for Q4600 Panama-flag ships, it is $63/ton.
