IT House, March 2nd: Apple’s official website shows that all five of its retail stores in the United Arab Emirates have been temporarily closed, including three stores in Abu Dhabi and two in Dubai.

According to the information posted on Apple’s official website, the closure of these five stores will last at least until Wednesday, March 4th, local time. The specific stores affected are: Abu Dhabi Al Maryah Island Store, Abu Dhabi Yas Shopping Center Store, Ain Al Jimi Shopping Center Store, Dubai UAE Shopping Center Store, and Dubai Mall Store.

As reported by IT House yesterday, due to recent security developments in the Middle East, airlines such as Air China, China Eastern, and China Southern have implemented special ticket handling policies for flights involving Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, and other related routes. Ctrip has activated an emergency support mechanism for the Middle East region, allowing hotel reservations to be canceled free of charge. Ctrip also announced that it will provide travel protection for travelers affected by the Iran and Middle East situation.
