JP Morgan Raises Target Price on Truist Financial (TFC) to $47, Keeps Neutral Call

JPMorgan raised its target price on Truist Financial (TFC) to $57.00 from $51.50, maintaining a Neutral rating, following the bank’s Q4 2025 earnings release. The adjustment reflects JPMorgan’s updated forecasts for large-cap banks, driven by favorable economic trends, steady fundamentals, sticky inflation, a positive regulatory environment, and increased M&A activity. Truist reported a 5.7% YoY increase in net income and a 9.9% YoY rise in diluted earnings per share for Q4 2025, primarily due to a 3.1% increase in net interest income.
