Recently, I go for skin care treatments or massages every day, have a hearty breakfast daily, drink ginseng chicken soup every day, do some housework, engage in light exercise, don't worry too much, pay attention to keeping warm, and go to bed early. I want to see the changes in my body after sticking to this routine for a while. Health preservation and taking good care of my mind and body are the most important things in my life.
