The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, in its new crypto asset classification framework, has formally categorized 16 assets as digital commodities rather than securities.

The assets include: XRP, APT, AVAX, DOGE, SOL, ADA, BCH, ETH, HBAR, ALGO, LTC, DOT, SHIB, XLM, XTZ, LINK

This means these 16 tokens can henceforth be traded as commodities on various exchanges and will not be delisted due to SEC investigations. BUSD in 2023 was delisted due to SEC scrutiny, so these coins are now compliant with no risk of delisting and inability to circulate. Institutional capital can now include these coins within their investment portfolios.

Finally, there's no more ambiguous or vague definitions. Classification as a commodity proves it has value, though we don't know the exact value—at minimum, it recognizes these as valuable commodities. #Gate广场AI测评官
