When Uncle Hat checks your virtual currency transactions, remember these three sentences—they could save your life.
Main text:
“Hello, I am from the Public Security Bureau...”
Once you receive this call, even seasoned investors will feel their legs go weak.
But don’t let panic take control of your judgment. The following three sentences are recommended to be etched into your brain.
First sentence: Clarify the legal boundaries
If they ask whether the transaction is legal or not, the standard answer is:
“Virtual currency trading activities between individuals themselves do not constitute an illegal act, but if the funds involve illegal sources, the corresponding legal responsibilities must be borne.”
Emphasize that you are only an ordinary investor, and that all transactions are completed on compliant platforms.
Second sentence: Handle fund disputes rationally
If you are asked to refund funds suspected to be involved in a case, don’t get angry and don’t fight back.
Say calmly:
“I am willing to actively cooperate to clarify the flow of funds and handle the related issues in accordance with the law.”
Proactively providing complete transaction records and on-chain data is more effective than shouting ten times, and it can also help avoid implicating other assets.
Third sentence: Understand the scope of disposal
Different levels of involvement lead to completely different outcomes:
· Determined to have directly participated in illegal criminal activities → Full card freeze
· Normal transactions but involving suspicious funds → Usually only a single-card restriction
Most important:
Cooperating with an investigation will not leave a criminal record; refusing to cooperate may lead to an escalation in handling.

Virtual currency is definitely not like buying cabbage. Here is a “San-Verification” principle for you:
[1] Verify the counterparty’s real-name information
[2] Verify records of fund transfers
[3] Verify the security rating of wallet addresses
In the crypto world, risk control is always more important than returns.
Every transaction is a deal with risk.
No matter what, don’t accidentally get pulled into the scam whirlpool.
