You know, when I was very young and broke, working as a programmer earning $2,000 to $4,000 a month, living in a dorm and eating instant noodles, I never imagined that a few years later I would figure out how to make $30,000 a day, and even more. But it all started with one night when I was just browsing YouTube and noticed a strange pattern: small content creators with less than a million subscribers suddenly started getting rich. And this wasn’t happening over five years, but literally within a couple of months.

I began to analyze what their secret was. It turned out they weren’t trading their time for money like I was at my job. They were capturing the audience’s attention. A viral video with millions of views is a completely different story. Income comes in constantly, even when you’re sleeping. And at a regular job, your salary might double only after five years, if you’re lucky. I realized: a job is a trap.

That’s when I started analyzing channels in my niche. I looked for anomalous videos: those with over 500,000 views but only 100,000 subscribers. I decoded their strategies, watched how they attract attention, build a storyline, and end with a call to action. After analyzing more than a hundred videos, I saw a formula that others were missing. You need to grab attention within 7 seconds, create an open loop every 30 seconds so viewers keep watching, and tell real stories with practical calls to action. Most creators skip at least two of these points.

Instead of doing everything myself, I created a system. I hired scriptwriters for $50-100 per script, voice-over artists for $30 per video, editors for $100-200. My first video took 10 hours to make without any money, using free software. A week after publishing, it hit 5 million views. That was the beginning.

Now I manage more than 20 channels. Annual income exceeds $1.3 million. On some channels, I spend just an hour a month, and they bring in $20,000 to $40,000 every month. The videos my team creates compete with Netflix. Brands reach out to me directly, offering $3,000-$9,000 for product mentions, plus revenue from ads. All of this is because I built an effective system that works without me.
