I just realized something very important about participating in the crypto market – the psychological traps we often fall into are our greatest enemies, not the market itself.

Have you ever wondered what greed, anger, delusion, pride, and doubt are? These are the five poisons of the mind in Buddhism, and they are also the reason why many people cannot survive until the end of a bull market. I see this happen all the time.

First is greed. When the market starts to rise, everyone fears missing the peak, so they keep buying more, holding on, never selling. That is a taboo in the final stage of a bull run. I’ve seen too many people lose everything because of greed.

Second is anger. When facing failure, people become furious, curse analysts, cut losses in panic, and walk away. Especially in the early and middle stages of a bull market, this is a deadly mistake.

Third is delusion. That is not learning, not researching, just hearing rumors and following blindly. How many people enter crypto without knowing anything?

Fourth is pride. Looking down on others, underestimating risks, ignoring warnings. Pride is the fastest way to lose money.

Finally, doubt. Doubt and indecision prevent you from seizing opportunities. You always wait for confirmation, for evidence, but by then it’s already too late.

The beauty of understanding what greed, anger, delusion, pride, and doubt are is that you can recognize yourself in each situation. Are you greedy or doubtful? Are you proud or ignorant? When you realize this, you have the chance to change.

The crypto market is primarily a psychological game. If these five poisons are not eliminated, it will be very difficult for you to survive. But if you can do it, everything will change completely.
