Rongsheng Environmental Protection Announcement: It is proposed to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 1.1 per share (tax included) to all shareholders. As of the date of disclosure of this announcement, the company’s total share capital of 320 million shares, after deducting 7.7166 million shares in the company’s share repurchase account, amounts to 313 million shares. Based on this, the total cash dividend proposed to be distributed is RMB 344 million (tax included), accounting for 153.74% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for this period. Therefore, the total cash dividend for this year will amount to RMB 598 million (including the cash dividend of RMB 253,746,419.86 already distributed in the 2025 interim period (tax included)). No bonus shares will be distributed, and there will be no capitalization of capital reserve funds to convert into share capital.
