Changyuan Electric Power Company announcement: the company’s newly established controlling subsidiary, Guoneng Changyuan Songzi New Energy Co., Ltd., has completed industrial and commercial registration. The registered capital is 172 million yuan; the company holds 85% equity, and Hubei Chengtou Holding and Development Group Co., Ltd. holds 15%. Songzi New Energy will invest as the main entity to build the Guoneng Changyuan Songzi City 100MW wind farm project in Babao Town, with a planned installed capacity of 100k kilowatts.
