Recently, the Conference on Advancing the “Strengthening Industry” Campaign in Gansu Province was held in Lanzhou. Huifen Wine Co., Ltd. was awarded the “Gansu Province Advanced Enterprises Outstanding Contribution Award” for its outstanding performance in areas including high-quality development, technological innovation, industrial empowerment, and social contribution. Huifen Mining Co., Ltd. was awarded the “Gansu Province Advanced Enterprises Contribution Award” for its outstanding performance in green mine construction, comprehensive utilization of resources, work safety, and social responsibility.

To develop and expand the industrial economy, in recent years Gansu Province has introduced a series of policies to support industrial enterprises, focusing on improving a tiered cultivation system for high-quality enterprises, deeply implementing the special campaign of “transforming individual enterprises into enterprises; upgrading small-scale businesses; converting into shareholding; and listing as shares,” and running mechanisms such as “package-based support and connected services” and “the six mandatory visits” efficiently, providing full lifecycle services to enterprise development.

Over the years, with support from Gansu Province’s “Strengthening Industry” campaign, Huifen Wine Co., Ltd. has built a complete industrial chain system covering everything from planting raw grain, to baijiu brewing, to deep processing and market distribution. It has effectively driven coordinated development across upstream and downstream segments, playing a key support role in extending the chain, filling in gaps in the chain, and strengthening the chain. It has successively won the “Gansu Provincial People’s Government Quality Award” and has been recognized as a “chain leader” enterprise in Gansu’s baijiu industry chain.

Huifen Mining Co., Ltd., leveraging its advantages in mineral resources, has adhered to a development path prioritizing ecology, conserving and intensifying land use, and pursuing green and low-carbon growth. It has built a complete industrial chain system covering geological exploration, extraction and selection processes, comprehensive utilization of tailings, and ecological restoration. It has successively earned a number of honors, including national-level green mines and the “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets” practical innovation base.

Being honored at the Conference on Advancing the “Strengthening Industry” Campaign in Gansu Province is not only a recognition of the achievements made by these two companies in the past, but also an incentive and a spur for their future development.
