U.S. Department of the Treasury website announces: The United States issues a new general license related to Russia, allowing the sale of Russian crude oil and petroleum products that were loaded onto ships before March 12.

According to the U.S. Treasury Department’s website, the U.S. has issued a new general license related to Russia. The license issued by the U.S. allows the sale, effective March 12, of Russian crude oil and petroleum products that have already been loaded onto vessels, and such Russian crude oil and petroleum products may be sold until 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on April 11.
