People’s Finance and Information, April 8 — Tianma Zhikong issued a formal statement regarding relevant parties misusing the company’s name, saying that recently, the company discovered that illegal persons recruited externally using names such as “Taiyuan Youteao Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.”, falsely claiming that the company is a subsidiary of the company, and in the recruitment process, defrauded job applicants of their money. The company and its affiliates have no equity affiliation or business cooperation relationship with “Taiyuan Youteao Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.” or its affiliates, and have not signed any agreements with the aforementioned entities. The company and its affiliates are not aware of and have not participated in any activities carried out by the aforementioned entities; such activities have nothing to do with the company. The company and its affiliates bear no responsibility for such activities. The company and its affiliates have never, through any channels and in any form, authorized “Taiyuan Youteao Electronics Technology Co., Ltd.” and its affiliates.
