The National Immigration Administration said that during the Qingming holiday, residents of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan made 3.291 million entries and exits, up 19.5% year-on-year; foreign nationals made 0.843 million entries and exits, up 20.9% year-on-year. Among inbound foreign nationals, 0.319 million entered under the visa exemption policy, up 30.7% year-on-year. In addition, a total of 307,000 border transportation vehicles (ships, trains, and vehicles) were inspected, up 13.3% year-on-year.
