Why did the traffic congestion on Zhaogong Street in Shenyang lead to vehicle blockade behavior?

In the afternoon of March 27, a netizen posted a video showing a car driving, with a woman getting out from the front passenger seat of the oncoming vehicle, directly blocking the straight-driving car, and gesturing to guide her car to turn left. During this, the woman also sat on the hood of the straight-driving vehicle, and a dispute ensued between the two parties.

In the video, the woman is riding in a white Audi with the license plate Liaoning A.

Someone in the straight-driving vehicle said, “Shouldn’t you normally say something? Why did you just block without saying anything?”

On March 28, Huashang Daily Dafeng News reporters learned from multiple sources that the incident occurred at North Fourth Road, Zhaogong Street, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The direction of the straight-driving vehicles was from west to east. The Audi intended to turn left into a residential area, but there were many vehicles going straight, and they couldn’t get through, so the woman got out of the car to block traffic.

Later, the driver of the straight-driving vehicle called the police. After the local traffic police arrived, they criticized and educated the woman.

On the afternoon of March 28, Huashang Daily Dafeng News reporters contacted the Tiexin District Traffic Police Brigade of Shenyang Public Security Traffic Police, and staff said that they did receive a report about this incident on the afternoon of the 27th, but the specific details are not convenient to disclose.
