In pension finance, CITIC Bank Credit Card precisely adapts to the needs of elderly customers, launching the Elderly Version of the Card Space App, adding new service scenarios to achieve 100% coverage of core financial scenarios; it introduced the “Happy Years Card,” offering transaction cashback, insurance protection, travel discounts, and health management benefits, while deepening elderly-friendly modifications and simplifying operations to eliminate digital divides, allowing the silver-haired group to enjoy convenient and thoughtful financial services.

In the field of inclusive finance, CITIC Bank Credit Card upholds its original mission to serve the people, relying on the “Love·Trust·Gather” public welfare platform, gathering multiple forces to deeply cultivate rural education public welfare projects. As of the end of the report period, the number of users participating in point donation reached 1.7 million, with over 260 multimedia classrooms built in aid projects across the country (including 45 in border areas), benefiting 310k teachers and students, supporting the development of literacy education in remote mountainous schools.
