Japanese and South Korean stock markets collectively close higher; South Korea's KOSPI index rises over 6%

People’s Financial News, April 8 — The stock markets of Japan and South Korea all closed higher. The Nikkei 225 index rose by 5.39%, closing at 56,308.42 points; the KOSPI index of South Korea increased by 6.87%, closing at 5,872.34 points.
