South Korea issues final anti-dumping ruling on Chinese-related industrial robots

On March 26, 2026, the Korea Trade Commission issued Announcement No. 2026-7 (Case Investigation No. 23-2025-2), confirming the final anti-dumping ruling against industrial robots (Vertical Articulated Industrial Robots with axis of 4 or more) originating from China and Japan.
It recommends that the Korean Ministry of Strategy and Finance impose anti-dumping duties for a period of five years on the involved products, with the tax rate for Chinese products ranging from 15.96% to 19.85%, and for Japanese products from 17.45% to 18.64%.

The implementation of the measures is subject to the tax order issued by the Korean Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
