People’s Financial News, April 7 — Hytera ( 002583 ) disclosed its annual report on April 7, 2025, with operating revenue of 6.01B yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 2.17%; net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was a loss of 258 million yuan, compared to a loss of 3.49B yuan in the same period last year; net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 328 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 66.98%.
During the reporting period, the company’s net profit was a loss, but net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses showed significant growth because: the company sold its stake in subsidiary Teltronic, S.A.U., which led to a decrease in overall revenue scale. Excluding the impact of the sale of the subsidiary, revenue increased by 4.19%; the company’s overall gross profit margin steadily improved, with the main communication business gross profit margin increasing by 3.04 percentage points year-on-year, continuously optimizing overall profitability quality.
