Honestly, this is one of the most interesting things I’ve seen lately.
Pre-IPO investing was always something only big players had access to — VCs, institutions, insiders. But now Gate is opening that door for everyone, and that’s a pretty big shift.

I’d definitely love to see something like Stripe, SpaceX, or even strong AI companies enter this space. Those are the kind of projects that can reshape entire industries.
2️⃣ What’s the real advantage here?
For me, it’s simple:
No location barriers 🌍
Lower capital needed 💸
Easier access to early-stage opportunities
It feels like a step toward making investing more fair, not just limited to big money.
3️⃣ Would I add this to my portfolio?
Yes — but carefully.
This isn’t something I’d go all-in on, but I’d definitely consider putting a small portion (maybe 5–10%) for long-term potential.
High risk, but also potentially high reward.
⚖️ Final take
This “crypto + equity” model is actually very interesting. If it works well, it could become a whole new category of investing.
