According to the National Development and Reform Commission, recently, the relevant departments including the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “National Public Credit Information Basic Directory (2026 Edition)” and the “National Dishonesty Punishment Measures Basic List (2026 Edition).” The “Directory” includes 13 categories of public credit information such as registration and basic information, judicial judgments, and enforcement information; the “List” of dishonesty punishment measures includes three categories with 14 items, such as measures implemented by public management agencies in accordance with laws and regulations to reduce the credit subject’s rights or increase their obligations. This further clarifies the scope of public credit information inclusion, standardizes dishonesty punishment measures, and protects the legitimate rights and interests of credit subjects. (CCTV News)
