Shunwang Technology announces plans to use its own funds of 42.0482 million yuan to acquire 32.3448% of Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea Technology Co., Ltd., held by Mr. Fu Zeyu.
After this transaction is completed, the company’s ownership stake in Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea will increase to 72%, making Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea a controlling subsidiary of the company and included in the company’s consolidated financial statements.
