Shenzhen Medical Insurance Launches 10 Beneficial Measures
On March 4, the Shenzhen Medical Security Work Conference was held. At the meeting, the Shenzhen Municipal Medical Security Bureau for the first time rolled out ten public-benefit initiatives, covering areas such as pharmaceutical coverage, consumables bulk procurement, convenient services, and more. The ten public-benefit initiatives include: conducting bulk procurement of more than 20 types of medical consumables, achieving a well-ordered expansion of the scope of medical consumables bulk procurement, continuously improving procurement quality, and steadily strengthening the results of bulk procurement; promoting full integration of all city-designated medical insurance hospitals and community health service centers into the Medical Insurance Imaging Cloud Data Sharing Center, so that patients can view information, colleagues can check it, and medical insurance can verify it; enabling maternity allowance to be applied for and enjoyed immediately, with processing available across all channels, and allowing maternity expense reimbursement and maternity allowances to be applied for in one submission and handled together to be completed at once; orderly expanding the coverage of facial-recognition payment, mobile payment, and one-code payment, and exploring a credit-based “pre-diagnosis, post-payment” service model.
