Vice President of the Supreme People's Court, Gao Xiaoli: Accelerate the formulation of judicial interpretations on civil compensation for insider trading, market manipulation, and other securities market violations

During the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, reporters interviewed Gao Xiaoli, Vice President of the Supreme People’s Court, on judicial service guarantees for the high-quality development of the capital market. Gao Xiaoli stated that the Supreme People’s Court will accelerate the formulation of judicial interpretations on civil compensation for insider trading and market manipulation in the securities market, aiming to release them within the year; promptly issue judicial interpretations on crimes of breach of trust damaging the interests of listed companies and private fund crimes to unify the judgment standards; implement the requirements of the minutes of the bankruptcy reorganization meeting for listed companies, standardize bankruptcy reorganization of listed companies, and improve the professionalism of judgments.
