Abstract generation in progress

The 2026 WNBA off-season has officially begun, and a brand new CBA has finally been implemented! From $1.5 million in 2025 to $7 million in 2026, the salary cap has skyrocketed, and players are set to receive historic salary increases!

Former WNBA superstar Candice Parker was so gracious when she learned how much she could earn under the new regulations! Her teammate, rising star Aria Boston, pointed out that Parker alone could earn at least $774k just from bonuses!

“Oh my god, this is crazy!” Parker said excitedly on a Sunday broadcast show, “Honestly, if I were playing now? I would definitely play for a lifetime! Just like Curry signing that $40 million contract back then, top players are destined to be at the peak. Although on-court performance doesn’t directly translate into income, I’ll double my money through private equity and investments!”

Parker’s total earnings over her last 8 seasons just exceeded $1 million. She expressed happiness for her teammates: “In the past, you had to work 700 jobs just to get by, now one is enough! Congratulations, everyone!”

The rise of the W League is truly inspiring!
