ME News Report, April 2nd (UTC+8), ME News Report, April 2nd (UTC+8), Stablecoin payment card infrastructure service provider Kulipa announced the completion of a $6.2 million seed round funding, with Flourish Ventures and 1kx leading the investment, White Star Capital and Fabric Ventures participating. The company helps fintech firms issue white-label stablecoin payment cards without managing card operations themselves. According to Kulipa founder and CEO Axel Cateland, this round of funding was actually completed in December of last year using a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE) financing model, but he refused to disclose details such as when the funding process started, the funding tranche structure, company valuation, and board seat allocation.
