People’s Financial News, April 8 — The State Post Bureau organized third-party agencies to conduct surveys and tests on express delivery service satisfaction in 2025 and on the timeliness and successful delivery rates in key regions nationwide.
Monitoring targets include nine express service brands, specifically: China Post Express, SF Express, Zhongtong Express, YTO Express, Yunda Express, Shentong Express, JD Express, Deppon Express, and J&T Express.
The survey covers 50 cities, including all directly governed municipalities, provincial capital cities, and 19 cities with high express delivery volumes.
The survey shows that the public satisfaction score for express delivery services in 2025 is 85.0 points, an increase of 0.4 points year-on-year.
Among the five secondary indicators evaluated, satisfaction scores for order placement, information inquiry, and service issue handling are 91.1, 88.0, and 78.5 points respectively, with year-on-year increases of 0.6, 2.4, and 0.9 points.
Satisfaction scores for pickup and delivery are 88.3 and 84.8 points respectively, with decreases of 0.1 and 0.4 points year-on-year.
