In its prior energy announcement, on March 31, 2026, 1 group of accounts with actual control relationships exceeded the limit on intra-day opening positions transaction volume on the relevant contracts, reaching the handling standard of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange. The trading conduct of the above-mentioned customers violates Article 16 of the “Shanghai International Energy Exchange Abnormal Trading Behavior Management Rules”; as a result, Shangqi Energy has decided to take regulatory measures to restrict opening positions for the relevant customers on the corresponding contracts.
