Mars Finance News: On April 10, the Ministry of Education and four other departments issued the “Artificial Intelligence + Education” Action Plan, which mentions accelerating the popularization of artificial intelligence education among primary and secondary school students. Continuously improve the “Guidelines for General Education of Artificial Intelligence in Primary and Secondary Schools,” ensuring sufficient and high-quality artificial intelligence-related courses. Promote the full integration of artificial intelligence education into local curriculum systems, guide regions to develop artificial intelligence course guidelines, and clarify course objectives, content, and class hour requirements for each academic stage. Encourage interdisciplinary teaching of artificial intelligence, promote the integration of artificial intelligence education into after-school services, research-based learning, and other activities. Adhere to the combination of science and technology education with humanities education, focus on cultivating students’ intelligence and mental well-being, guide students to understand and use intelligent technology scientifically and reasonably, improve students’ digital literacy, stimulate curiosity, foster innovative thinking, and enhance cognitive and problem-solving skills. Strengthen the construction of artificial intelligence education bases in primary and secondary schools, support rural and remote schools to utilize national platforms to offer quality artificial intelligence courses.
