ME News Report, April 10 (UTC+8), StarkWare Chief Product Officer Avihu Levy released the research proposal and open-source implementation titled “Quantum-Safe Bitcoin Transactions Without Softforks.” The scheme aims to provide quantum-safe protection for Bitcoin transactions without the need for soft forks in Bitcoin. This scheme is currently a research prototype, suitable for UTXOs (Unspent Transaction Outputs) that have never exposed public keys. (Source: Foresight News)
