CoinWorld News reports that, according to Yonhap News Agency, SK Telecom announced the signing of a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with UK chip design company Arm and South Korean AI chip startup Rebellions to jointly develop AI data center inference server solutions. According to the agreement, the three parties will combine Arm's newly released AGI CPU with Rebellions' AI acceleration chip RebelCard, which is expected to be launched in the third quarter of this year, to collaboratively develop AI inference servers and conduct testing and validation at SK Telecom's AI data center. Among them, Arm's AGI CPU is optimized for high-density inference environments and large-scale AI deployment, while RebelCard is specifically designed for large-scale AI inference.
