XAI files a lawsuit challenging the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act
Mars Finance News, April 10 — Elon Musk’s xAI filed a lawsuit on the 9th local time, challenging a milestone artificial intelligence bill in Colorado, USA.
This bill in Colorado is set to take effect this summer and is the first in the United States passed at the state level aimed at preventing “algorithmic discrimination” in AI systems.
xAI claims that this bill will force it to “promote the ideology of the state government on various issues, especially on racial justice,” rather than adhere to its own pursuit of “objective truth.”
