Innovative Aerosystems has acquired certain aftermarket parts, intellectual property, and program assets from Honeywell International Inc. related to select legacy avionics product lines. This agreement strengthens Innovative Aerosystems’ ability to provide long-term support, engineering, and supply continuity for operators, maintainers, and OEM partners globally, enhancing their integrated cockpit-avionics solutions platform. The acquisition includes technologies for navigation/communication radios, autopilot systems, multifunction displays (MFDs), and transponders, aiming to improve reliability and service responsiveness for thousands of aircraft.
