Heavy rainfall in Afghanistan causes 14 deaths and 17 injuries

Afghanistan’s National Disaster Management Authority announced that due to heavy rainfall-triggered floods, landslides, and other disasters, 14 people have died, 17 have been injured, and approximately 476 houses have been destroyed. The agency added that, based on preliminary data, a total of 603 households have been affected, and some farmland, shops, as well as water supply networks and wells, have also been damaged.
