Hainan Province refined oil prices increase, 92# gasoline 10.01 yuan/liter

People’s Daily Online Haikou, April 7 — ( Reporter Meng Fansheng ) According to the domestic refined oil price adjustment information released by the News Release Center on the official website of the National Development and Reform Commission on April 7, the domestic gasoline and diesel prices ( for standard products ) will be increased by 420 yuan and 400 yuan per ton, respectively. The Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, in accordance with the refined oil price adjustment information published by the National Development and Reform Commission, sets and will implement the highest retail prices for gasoline and diesel in Hainan Province. Starting from 24:00 on April 7, 2026.
Note: 1. The prices in the table include consumption tax, value-added tax, urban maintenance and construction tax, and education surcharges.
The gasoline and diesel prices in the table are the prices for Phase VI mandatory national standards VIB for automotive gasoline and VI for automotive diesel.
The Phase VI standard products for gasoline and diesel are 89-octane gasoline and No. 0 automotive diesel, respectively.
Each liter of gasoline in the table includes a vehicle passage surcharge of 1.05 yuan; No. 0 diesel does not include a vehicle passage surcharge.
Pursuant to the relevant regulations on the oil and gas price linkage mechanism, the vehicle compressed natural gas sales price in Hainan Province is adjusted from 5.90 yuan per cubic meter ( equivalently converted to 8.20 yuan per kilogram ), to 6.14 yuan per cubic meter ( equivalently converted to 8.53 yuan per kilogram ).
