Huayou Cobalt: Plans to invest 958 million yuan to cooperate with Huayou Holdings on a joint project

Huayou Cobalt announces that the company plans to sign a “Cooperation and Joint Construction Agreement” with its controlling shareholder Huayou Holding.
Both parties intend to jointly invest in the construction of Huayou Group headquarters’ technology building.
The company plans to invest 958 million yuan to collaborate with Huayou Holding on the project.
After the project is completed, the company and Huayou Holding will divide ownership rights in the proportions of 64.60% and 35.40%, respectively, and will handle the property rights certificates separately.
This transaction constitutes an associated transaction but does not constitute a major asset reorganization.
