Abstract generation in progress

The reporter learned from the National Development and Reform Commission that recently, the relevant departments including the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “National Public Credit Information Basic Directory (2026 Edition)” and the “National Dishonesty Punishment Measures Basic List (2026 Edition).”

The “Directory” includes 13 categories of public credit information such as basic registration information, judicial judgments, and enforcement information; the measures listed in the “List” for dishonesty punishment, including three categories with 14 items, involve measures implemented by public management agencies in accordance with laws and regulations that reduce the rights of credit subjects or increase their obligations, further clarifying the scope of public credit information inclusion, and further standardizing dishonesty punishment measures to protect the legitimate rights and interests of credit subjects.

The “Directory” and the “List” will come into effect from the date of issuance and will be valid for two years. The 2025 edition will be simultaneously repealed.
