Complex procedures have been simplified into just a few steps on their phones.
Living-payment services are the “capillaries” of people’s livelihood services. Their breadth and service efficiency are closely related to people’s everyday lives. Everbright Bank’s “Everbright Cloud Payment” platform closely follows the requirements for the development of digital finance. In 2025, it served more than 3.6 billion person-times.

In 2025, it served more than 150 million person-times. At the same time, it also warmly provides “Care Version” aging-friendly features and Tibetan-language services, offering elderly customers and Tibetan compatriots digital financial services that are within reach.
Digital upgrade: Everbright Bank APP creates a new one-stop wealth management experience
To further deepen the “customer-centric” service philosophy, meet customers’ needs for personalized wealth management, and accelerate the pace of online, digital, and intelligent development, Everbright Bank strengthens the construction of mobile banking services for diverse financial offerings such as wealth management, pension finance, retail credit, and credit cards. Currently, the mobile banking app has more than 70 million registered users, and online services are rapidly shifting from simply providing functions to creating value.
By the end of 2025, Everbright Bank officially launched the mobile banking app version 13.0, achieving a comprehensive upgrade of the user-experience from the user’s perspective. Focusing on the “Sunshine Wealth” featured brand, it meets customers’ needs for multi-level, high-quality, and diversified wealth management. It builds sections for “Life Funds Management,” “Steady Investments,” “Progressive Investments,” and “Insurance Protection”—the “four pieces of money for life”—to help customers plan and manage their wealth journey in a reasonable and effective way. Based on real data, it introduces “Popularity Rankings” to show product popularity. It newly launches a “Borrow Money” homepage to provide a comprehensive solution for customers’ integrated funding needs of “loans + credit cards.” It improves the dual-zone system for pension finance and personal pensions to provide multi-level comprehensive pension finance services. It refreshes and upgrades the “Simple Love Version” to help senior users bridge the digital divide. It also newly launches an “English Version,” creating an exclusive service channel for overseas customers.
Scenario-driven: Using digital services to spark new momentum for enterprise development
With the rapid development of the digital economy, enterprises’ demand for scenario-based, intelligent, and digital financial services has become increasingly prominent. Everbright Bank takes scenario-based financial innovation as the starting point, further enhances the ecosystem service capabilities of platforms such as XinYueTong and LogisticsTong, and works to fully build a financial services system that is aligned with industrial upgrading and serves the real economy.
In recent years, Everbright Bank’s “XinYueTong” platform, with payroll distribution as its core, targets small and micro enterprise customers and provides a package of digital value-added services for internal enterprise management.
