China Unicom announces that by December 2025, the total number of connected users has reached 1.25B, including 232 million 5G network users and 723 million IoT terminal connections. The number of customers using 5G industry virtual private network services is 23,520. The customer issue resolution rate for smart customer service is 99.0%, with intelligent services accounting for 85.6%. The total number of authorized patents this year is 860.
