Former Tesla executive Kong Yanshuang joins Xiaomi to assist in the integration of the automotive retail system
According to Jiemian News, former Tesla China General Manager Kong Yanshuang has joined Xiaomi, taking over the sales work from former Automotive Director Li Xiaorui, currently in a transition period. Kong Yanshuang previously managed Tesla’s sales layout in China and has extensive market experience. Also joining Xiaomi along with her is another Tesla-background employee, “Eason,” who has joined Xiaomi’s advisory department. Xiaomi’s automotive retail system has always referenced the Tesla model, and the addition of several Tesla executives is expected to further enhance Xiaomi’s automotive retail capabilities and lay a foundation for responding to market changes.
