Currently weighing 80kg, with body fat around 25%, this is the third month of injecting Teriparatide.


During this period, I stopped overseas for about a month, which is when I lost about 13kg in a month.
Still, without fully controlling my diet and under physiological adaptation, ( after injection, I ate more and felt nauseous ),
Eat what I should, drink what I should.
Many friends might say, exercise and fat loss, isn't controlling diet bad?
Yes, but for me, who has a good appetite and loves delicacies, controlling diet plus exercise results in losing motivation for life.
In 24 years and 5 months, that's how it’s been, not to mention irregular social engagements, which are even more deadly for weight loss!
If I build muscle during this period without controlling my diet, I would be ( previously called )
So, my physique, wanting to slim down with cardio + strength + reasonable diet, is very difficult.
Especially since fat loss requires a calorie deficit, muscle gain requires a calorie surplus, and more importantly, after 33, muscles grow harder and slower.
Therefore, this time I openly admit that I am leveraging technology. Currently, I weigh 75kg, with body fat below 21%, then resume exercise, mainly focusing on reducing body fat + some strength training.
Based on this state, I should be able to reach my goal within two months!
In the age of technology, many people use AI to rewrite and create content, so using technology to control weight is not shameful.
Being too fat is not good for health or personal well-being!
