I muted the group, and the world suddenly feels peaceful, with half as much anxiety...

In the past, I would stare at others sharing "ETF capital flow = crypto market direction" or "US stock risk appetite changing means takeoff/crash," but watching too much just made my hands itchy.

These days, I’ve been re-examining the pitfalls of cross-chain bridges, and the more I look, the more I think "waiting for confirmation" is not procrastination; it’s a way to calm down.
No matter how many signatures there are, I’m still worried about people and process issues; even the smartest oracle can be fed fake data.
Bridges, to put it simply, are about packaging trust and taking it away—when something goes wrong, the entire chain faces embarrassment.
Now, before I bridge, I first calculate gas and time costs.
If I really want to push through, I’d rather wait for a few more confirmations—slower is okay, at least I can sleep peacefully.
Anyway, gas has taught me how to behave; saving on one more fee is already a win.
