1. Discussion: Previously, in community and group discussions, the consensus was that this wave of rise is indeed contract-driven rather than spot-driven. However, by the time things have reached here, there may have been some changes—meaning that in the early stage it was probably contract-driven, but now it may not be necessarily so.
